Returns and Refunds

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that have been personalised. However, if you have received something that you believe may be faulty, please contact us by completing the form on our contact page, with a short description of the fault together with the item name and an image for reference. Fault claims are dealt with on a case by case basis. Items must be checked within 7 days of receipt to raise any issues. ​

All items must be received back to us within 28 days of purchase. Items must be returned in original packaging and original condition. Buyer is responsible for the returns postage. When we receive your items, a refund will be issued to the payment method of the purchase as long as the above conditions are met.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Pre-order cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order then you have 12 hours to do so. Your order will be refunded but any transaction fees (PayPal) will be deducted from the refund amount returned back to you.
